In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed.
Guarantee of Quality
McCallums Liqueurs guarantees that all their products are of the highest quality, that all manufacturers and suppliers have signed Certificates of Assurance that their products meet current EU legislation standards.
Payment Options
McCallums Liqueurs accepts payment via all major credit and debit cards (no minimum spend) and uses a secure payment system. Online payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Returns Procedure
McCallums Liqueurs makes every effort to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product not being delivered within 14 days of placing an order, customers should contact and advise McCallums Liqueurs. McCallums Liqueurs will make every effort to locate the items, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund.
If a product arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact McCallums Liqueurs within 3 days of receipt. In these circumstances, McCallums Liqueurs will (depending upon your preference) arrange for the damaged products or item(s) to be picked up by our couriers and returned to the company. McCallums Liqueurs will either send a replacement, upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned via our couriers.
Refunds
Refunds for valid claims will be made to the same credit or debit card used to place the order.
Delivery Methods & Times
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are made within 2 to 3 days by Royal Mail. McCallums Liqueurs will make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt. Delivery will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) only, unless specifically requested – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Retention of Title
This remains with McCallums Liqueurs until the goods are paid for in full.
Delivery Charges
These are additional to the cost of our products and are charged as follows:
- Royal Mail 1st Class signed for – £7.00 per item.
- Royal Mail 2nd class signed for – £5.00 per item.

Application of Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is included in the cost of each product, where applicable.
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order through our website using our automated online shopping system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order placed (due to having sold out of your selected products), we will advise you by the first working day following receipt of that order. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.

Only persons legally permitted to do so, by local licensing regulations, may order our liqueurs which contain alcohol.
Substitutions
Whilst every effort will be made to supply the items as specified, the contents of our products are subject to availability.

Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of McCallums Liqueurs.
